Our goal is to make your hour of swimming fun and fast without the hassle of trying to figure out what to do each day. New workouts are posted each week. Special workouts are also posted for special days of the year.
Modify, modify, modify! These workouts were written assuming you can swim the four competitive strokes and you bring a pull bouy and kick board to the pool. If not, give it a try anyway or modify what doesn't work for you! Your swim hour should be fun and challenging but not impossible to get through. The only score being kept is you logging a great workout!
